The colors are wonderful I would suggest slimming the hips they dont seem to fit the body size ,but only slightly though. If You look you can see that her lower body is a bit iff on the right its too far down. I would tighten that up to give it a more natural look.The background is very cute. The only other thing is soften the color of the characters lines (line-art) that will soften the entire image.As of now she kind of seems stamped onto the background, if you soften the colors she'll seem more part of the picture rather than just pasted on there. The clothing is very adorable, i would suggest however that you move her arms away from the body. You made the effort of making a design for her top, show it off!
